In this course we will learn to make two or three different types of zipper pouches. Pouches are a fun and useful project and they make great gifts. Does the word ‘zipper’ make you cringe? Don’t worry, you’ll learn some tricks that will make it easy.

Supply list
Sewing machine in good working order. Include:
Foot pedal and power cord.
Zipper foot. If you don’t have one, check with Affordable Sew ‘n Vac or order online.
Bobbins. Have one wound with your chosen thread.
Manual, if you have one.
Sewing machine needles. Schmetz Universal size 12 or 14 will work for this.
Thread. All cotton or polyester. Mid grey goes with everything. Cream works well too.
Sewing kit:
Scissors.
Pins or clips.
Stitch ripper.
Hand sewing needle.
